KFC U.S. is closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on our operations. As we continue to prioritize the health and safety of our customers and team members, KFC is again implementing increased health and safety measures in restaurants in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Additional measures, which are rolling out rapidly across the U.S., include: Our Catering menu features individually boxed options with sealed, individually wrapped napkin and fork; Whether we see you in our restaurants for drive thru or carry out, or you choose delivery, rest assured that once our fried chicken leaves the fryer, the only hands that touch it are your own; Supplying all restaurants with touch-free thermometers and implementing procedures to screen each team member for fever before they begin their shift; Providing disposable face masks for team members; and Installing Plexiglas counter-top shields that provide an additional barrier between team members and customers to decrease risk of contamination.
